2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our Platform. They may contain basic information about your device or your usage of the Platform. Cookies help with user recognition, personalisation, and ease of use.
3. Types of Cookies
3.1 Essential Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies required for the Platform to function. They enable basic features such as authenticated sessions, access to secure areas, and protection against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled and do not require consent.
3.2 Functional / Preference Cookies
Set only in response to actions you take (such as choosing a theme or language) so the Platform behaves the way you prefer. They store no tracking identifiers and are not shared with third parties.
3.3 Analytical and Marketing Cookies
The Platform does not currently use analytical or marketing cookies, and does not track you across websites. If such cookies are introduced in the future, they will be blocked until you give explicit, granular consent, and this policy will be updated before any such cookie is set.

The Platform currently sets only the following first-party cookies:

No analytical, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are set. Because only strictly necessary and user-initiated functional cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is presented in the current release.
5. Consent
Essential cookies do not require consent, as they are strictly necessary for the Platform to operate. Functional cookies (theme, locale) are set only as a direct result of a preference you choose, and store no tracking data.
We do not currently use any cookies that require prior consent. If analytical, marketing, or other non-essential tracking cookies are introduced, we will present a compliant consent mechanism that:
- Offers Accept All and Reject All with equal visual prominence (no dark patterns).
- Provides granular per-category controls.
- Technically blocks non-essential cookies until consent is given (a notice alone is not sufficient).
6. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage cookies at any time by:

Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Platform.
7. Email Tracking Pixels
Our transactional emails may contain a small transparent image ("tracking pixel") that records whether the email was delivered, opened, and which links were clicked. This is used solely to monitor deliverability of essential service communications and is processed via our email provider, Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC).
We do not currently send marketing emails. Transactional emails (password resets, security alerts, account notifications) are essential to the Service and cannot be opted out of while you hold an account.
8. Changes to This Policy
We update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes (such as new cookies or tracking technologies). Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Please review this policy periodically.
